“Not Allowed” is the fifth track of the album Who Really Cares by TV Girl. It features samples of the tracks “You Suck,” “Not Allowed,” “Fuck Yourself,” and “Sue Your Friends” by The Yeastie Girlz. The song presents the story of a man’s one-sided infatuation with an unnamed girl who does not return his feelings because she is in love with someone else. TV Girl is a Los Angeles-based American band consisting of Brad Petering, Jason Wyman, and Wyatt Harmon. The band describes their music as indie pop and something "you can sing along to, but wouldn't sing around your parents".
